Established in 1988, M.S.I. is a family owned and operated business with 3rd generation actively involved in day to day operations.  We have proudly been serving Simcoe and Dufferin County for over 20 years. 

On a pick up or delivery basis, servicing from the do-it-yourself homeowner to contracters alike, M.S.I. can meet all of your requirements.  With different size trucks available, M.S.I. can effectively deliver between .5 yards to 25 yards.

M.S.I. offers a wide range of products ranging from relatively inexpensive sub-grade material to high end imported river rock.  Products include, but are not limited to, tri-mix, top soils, sand, gravel, stone and limestone products.

Beginning in 2008, M.S.I. introduced mini bin rentals.  The sizes range from 5 to 15 yard bins to suit the requirements of both our residential and contractor customers.  Bin uses range from soil, rubble, garbage, shingles, etc.  These bins are an effective way to ensure your driveway stays free of soil and fill during landscape and renovation projects.

We at M.S.I. are committed to offering high quality material with competitive pricing.  Our radio dispatched trucks generally deliver within 24 hours of order.  Another service we provide, which is unprecedented in the industry, is a courteous phone call ahead to ensure our customers know approx. what time they can expect their delivery.
